Leveraging LinkedIn to Generate Swag Leads
I'll share with you a secret to how Josh and I get a LOT of work done - faster and cheaper than most promotional products distributors.
This "secret" allows us to operate like a company with lots of employees, while avoiding the headaches and cost of hiring.
Our secret is automating and delegating using technology and virtual assistants. Right now, we have a team of three young college graduates in Bangladesh working on a swag project - at $3 an hour. We have two college grads in the Philippines doing a variety of tech and marketing functions, for not much more than US hourly minimum wage. These eager, talented pros are available "on demand." Amazing! We combine the use of our virtual assistants with some really cool, low cost (or free) tech tools that give us a huge competitive edge.
This week, Josh and I interviewed the guru who taught us a lot about automating and delegating to grow a small business, Brad Stevens.
Brad Stevens is THE authority on using tech and virtual assistants to create efficiencies most can only dream of. Brad is is a global keynote speaker and has shared the stage with icons including John Maxwell and Deepak Chopra. Brad has also advised business and civic leaders including Martin Luther King III. For his philanthropic efforts, a documentary film featured his business and he was selected to run a think-tank on Economic Growth and Decent Work for All at the United Nations.
